The Agency
Obsidia Collection is a boutique events agency specializing exclusively in private luxury villas along the Riviera Maya. We do not manage ballrooms or convention halls — we manage sand, tide tables, palapa lighting, and the quiet choreography of a house staff that disappears the moment a toast begins.
Every project starts with the villa, not a template. We match the architecture of the property — its terraces, its cenote, its beach frontage — to the shape of your celebration, then bring in the chefs, florists, musicians and technicians who make it real.
Our Location
For now, our portfolio lives entirely along one shoreline — and we know it better because of it. Every villa we work with is privately gated, beachfront or beach-access, and staffed for events of scale.
